Charles William Heim is my 2nd Great Grandfather. He was born in College Point, Queens, New York to Charles William and Anna M. Reilly Heim. He lived his entire life in College Point, but was buried in Brooklyn at the Mount St. Mary's Cemetery.
Charles was Protestant and belonged to the Protestant Episcopal Church Membership with St.Paul's as early as 1906, when he married Caroline M. Clark in the St. Paul's Chapel.
Charles worked for many years for the Sanitation department, starting out as a Street Sweeper, but later becoming a Forman.
